w/ Bearnaise sauce

for the 1st time making this, it totally surprised me. it was full of flavor. the lemon zest had a really good kick. i did burn some some of the ham and the chicken was a tad dry on the outside, but still moist on the inside. this happened because i forgot to subtract some cooking time because i only made half of what the recipe called for. but, def. gonna make it again, more healthy, minus the wannabe cordon bleu ingerdents.

Chicken looks dry.
yea, i wrote that it was a tad dry. douche.
Did you bake this?
yea baked.
dry or not - great attempt. there was a point in time when i was on an off-the-chain chicken or beef stuffing frenzy. i even pureed eggplant and stuffed it into chicken breasts. lol... i should've taken pix, but i get lazy when it comes to that...
